Our company is an independent third-party reseller and warehouse of consumer electronics. We do not design, manufacture, assemble, or produce any devices sold on our website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics, Google LLC, or any other original equipment manufacturer (OEM), unless expressly stated.

The products we sell are acquired through lawful secondary-market channels and are professionally inspected, tested, and, where applicable, refurbished before resale.

Unless specifically identified as new, all devices are sold as refurbished or pre-owned products based on their current condition at the time of sale.

6. Product Condition Disclosure

Refurbished devices are sold on an “as-is refurbished” basis. Each device has previously been owned or used and may have undergone testing, cleaning, repairs, or replacement of certain components to restore functionality.

Cosmetic wear may vary depending on the condition grade selected. Battery health, replacement parts, and cosmetic appearance may differ from factory-new products.

We classify our devices into the following cosmetic conditions. Note that functionality is 100% across all grades:

• Excellent: Near-flawless cosmetic condition. The screen and body show virtually no signs of use from normal viewing distances.
• Very Good: Light signs of wear. May have a few minor scratches or scuffs on the body or screen that are not noticeable when the screen is powered on.
• Good: Moderate wear and tear. Expect noticeable scratches, scuffs, or small dents on the casing and screen, but nothing that affects the device's functionality.
• Fair: Heavy signs of use. The device will have deep scratches, notable dents, or heavy scuffing, but it remains fully functional and reliable.

8. Product Availability

• Inventory Changes: Our inventory is highly dynamic and subject to change at any moment without notice.
• Unavailability: It is highly possible that products may become unavailable even after being placed in your cart.
• Listing Errors: While we strive for absolute accuracy in our product listings, occasional errors may occur. If you notice a discrepancy, please contact us at hello@mintiphones.com so our team can professionally and promptly address it.

9. Pricing

Supported Currencies: We support transactions in numerous global currencies, including but not limited to:

• Taxes: We charge sales tax for all customers according to local, county, and state tax laws applicable to the shipping address.
• Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors. If you believe there is a pricing error, please contact us at hello@mintiphones.com.
• Promotions: Promotional pricing is subject to time limits and specific terms. We do not offer post-purchase price matching if a promotion goes live after your transaction.

10. Orders

• Right to Refuse or Cancel: Customers have the right to cancel their order before shipment. We cannot cancel orders after they have been shipped. However, customers have the right to refuse the package upon delivery and have it returned to the sender for a full refund. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Fraud Prevention: Our system frequently runs reviews and flags certain transactions to combat fraud. We may follow up with you by email or request additional documentation to verify your purchase.
• Identity Verification: Our billing team may request identity or address verification if your transaction is flagged by our security systems.

11. Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App.
• Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize Mint iPhones to make a one-time charge to your selected payment method. We do not engage in recurring charges or subscription billing.
• Chargebacks: In the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback or payment dispute, your account will be permanently banned from our Website. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, you may incur an administrative fee to cover the costs associated with the dispute.
• Financing Providers: We offer flexible payment options via Affirm, Klarna, and Shop Pay (subject to their independent terms and approvals).

12. Shipping

• Processing Times: Order processing can vary anywhere from 1 to 4 business days before dispatch.
• Delivery Estimates: Varies per delivery method, with standard shipping typically arriving within 3-5 business days after processing.
• Carrier Responsibility: Once the package leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for its transit.
• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us for assistance with reimbursement or a replacement.
• Signature Requirements: For your security, orders totaling over $400 require a signature upon delivery.

Ownership and the risk of loss for products transfer to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier at the address you provided.

• Return Window: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Eligibility: Items must be received in the condition they were sent.
• Return Shipping: The customer may be charged for return shipping if the item is being returned simply due to a change of mind and not due to a defect or error on our part.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns, subject to our assessment of the returned device's condition.

15. Refund Policy

• Processing Times: Refunds take 10-14 business days to process and reflect on your original payment method. No exceptions.
• Partial Refunds: Available for certain situations, such as items returned with missing accessories or physical damage not present at shipment.
• Non-refundable Items: Orders under $9.99, and accessories (such as charger blocks, charger cords, charging cases, and iPhone cases) are non-refundable as they are sold in brand new condition.

16. Warranty

• Limited Warranty: Mint iPhones offers a limited warranty on refurbished devices against manufacturer defects.
• What’s Covered: Internal hardware malfunctions, battery failures below standard operating capacity, and standard operating defects.
• Warranty Claim Process: Contact hello@mintiphones.com with your order number and a description of the defect to initiate a claim.

17. What’s NOT Covered by Warranty

Our warranty is voided under the following conditions:

• Water damage caused by the customer.
• Physical damage (drops, cracks, bends) that occurred after delivery.
• Accidental damage by the customer.
• Unauthorized repairs (e.g., repairs made at UBreakiFix, independent kiosks, or non-Apple authorized repair shops).
• Normal wear and tear.
• Software issues (For software locks, bugs, or OS issues, you must contact Apple or have the phone serviced directly by Apple/the manufacturer).
• Lost or stolen devices (unless specific shipping protection was added and the loss occurred during transit).

18. Device Compatibility

• Carrier Compatibility: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the purchased device is compatible with their intended network carrier.
• IMEI Checks: Customers may request IMEI checks when necessary, though all our unlocked phones are guaranteed clean.
• Regional Compatibility: Be aware of regional network bands if purchasing for use outside the original intended region.

19. Activation

• SIM Compatibility: Our devices support standard physical SIM forms (e.g., Nano-SIM) as originally designed by the manufacturer. You are responsible for acquiring the correct SIM card from your carrier.
• eSIM Support: For assistance with eSIM activation on supported devices, contact hello@mintiphones.com.
• Carrier Unlocking: All products sold on our platform as "Unlocked" are fully carrier unlocked.

20. Trade-In Terms

If offered, any trade-in quotes provided are estimates. The final trade-in value is contingent upon physical inspection and testing of the device upon receipt at our warehouse. We reserve the right to revise or cancel trade-in offers.

21. Gift Cards

If offered, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

22. Account Registration

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
• Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to engage in fraud, hacking, web scraping, or any misuse of our Website. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.

• Data Wipe Statement: All previously owned devices are thoroughly data-erased using secure, industry-standard protocols before sale.
• Carrier Lock Status: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, all devices are sold fully carrier-unlocked.
• Water Resistance Disclaimer: Due to previous use and the refurbishment process, the original factory water-resistance (IP rating) may be reduced or is no longer guaranteed. Do not expose refurbished devices to water.
